I sent the text pasted below in a later email.  Just making sure you got it.  Charlie said you had an xls we needed to fill out -- is that correct, or is this text enough?  We'll also be providing examples.

Also, will you be able to provide an approximate timeframe during which this issue will be discussed?  (We recognize that, since it's being submitted so late, it might not be discussed at all.)

  The issue for harmonization is we believe datatype components that are "use" codes (EN.use, AD.use, and TEL.use) should be changed from CS/CNE to CE/CWE.  We cannot successfully predict all the varied uses organizations will have for names, addresses, and telecom addresses.  Having to go through the harmonization process to add values to these code systems will cause undue and unacceptable delay.  We have at least one example from the US Military Health Services of a telecom address we need to add.
